Micro*Marketing offers precise identification, analysis and assessment of structural factors for success regarding location and catchment area. The proposal of methods and tools, which cause a more tightly focused improvement of the current status, is made on that basis:

  • Micro*Projekt
    This stage comprises a detailed analysis, assessment and report explained in a presentation by FOCUS. Results and potential implementation possibilities are presented. It is the partners' (trade and industry) decision to realise the proposals.
  • Micro*Lab
    Results which were decided by the partners are tested in reality in Micro*Lab. Again an analysis and an assessment of the results are made. In a workshop a new assessment including proposals for adaption is worked out.
  • Micro*Rollout
    This enables a controlled and efficient wide base implementation.
