More than 180.000 promotions for Slovenian consumers

Last year, FMCG retailers’ leaflets have again exceeded the number of 700 leaflets per year, in average 13 leaflets per week in 2021, with the peak before December holidays.

In the year 2021, FOCUS measured 5% more promotion activities than the previous year and a significant 17% increase in comparison with 2017.

Over the last 5 years the structure of leaflets has remained approximately the same, almost half of the GrossAdvertisingValue, which represents the quality of promotions, is dedicated to the “Food” segment.

The PrivateLabelBrand has established itself very well and has been holding an average of 27% of the promotion quality share.
